IHS iSuppli finds increasing economic woes and rising consumer pessimism are impacting global electronics demand this year. IHS iSuppli estimates global semiconductor revenue will rise by an anemic 2.9 percent in 2011 to reach $313.3 billion, up from $304.5 billion in 2010.
